Bookings Policy

  1. BOOKINGS

  • All bookings made through Eezy Stays are subject to availability and confirmation. By completing a reservation, you agree to the terms outlined in this Booking Policy.

  • A valid payment method is required to secure all bookings.

  1. PAYMENT TERMS

  • Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the rate selected.

  • All payments are securely processed via Stripe.

  • Where a deposit is taken, the remaining balance must be paid prior to check-in. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booking.

  1. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

  • Standard check-in time: 16:00
    Standard check-out time: 11:00

  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

  1. IDENTIFICATION & GUEST VERIFICATION

  • Guests may be required to provide valid government-issued identification prior to check-in.

  • Eezy Stays reserves the right to refuse entry if identification is not provided or if booking details cannot be verified.

  1. HOUSE RULES

  • Guests agree to:

    • Respect the property and neighbours

    • Not exceed the number of guests stated in the booking

    • Not host parties or events

    • Comply with all local regulations

  • Any breach of house rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

  1. SECURITY DEPOSIT

  • A refundable security deposit may be required prior to check-in.

  • This deposit covers potential damages, excessive cleaning, or breaches of house rules.

  • Any deductions will be communicated with supporting evidence.

  1. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellation terms vary depending on the rate selected at booking.

  • Typical policy:

    • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in

    • Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable

  • Non-refundable rates may be offered at a discounted price.

  1. MODIFICATIONS

  • Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  • Eezy Stays cannot guarantee availability for date changes once a booking is confirmed.

  1. NO-SHOWS

  • Failure to check in on the scheduled date without prior notice will be treated as a no-show.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

  1. LIABILITY

  • Eezy Stays is not responsible for:

    • Loss or damage to personal belongings

    • Injuries sustained during the stay unless caused by proven negligence

  • Guests are responsible for ensuring the property is used safely and appropriately.

  1. RIGHT TO REFUSE OR TERMINATE

  • Eezy Stays reserves the right to refuse or terminate a booking where:

    • False information has been provided

    • House rules are breached

    • Behaviour is deemed unsafe, illegal, or disruptive

  • No refunds will be issued in such cases.

  1. FORCE MAJEURE

  • Eezy Stays shall not be held liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies.
