Cancellation Policy

1. GENERAL

• Cancellation terms depend on the rate selected at the time of booking. By confirming a reservation, you agree to the applicable cancellation terms.

2. FLEXIBLE RATE

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in

• Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in are non-refundable

• If a guest checks in and decides to leave early, unused nights are non-refundable

3. STANDARD RATE

• Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in

• 50% refund for cancellations made between 14 days and 48 hours before check-in

• No refund for cancellations within 48 hours of check-in

4. NON-REFUNDABLE RATE

• Full payment required at time of booking

• No refunds under any circumstances

• Date changes may be considered at discretion of Eezy Stays

5. LONG-TERM BOOKINGS (28+ NIGHTS)

• 21 days’ notice required for cancellation

• If cancelled within 14 days of check-in, the first 14 nights are non-refundable

• After check-in, a minimum 14-night notice period applies

6. MODIFICATIONS

• Booking changes are subject to availability and may result in price adjustments.

7. NO-SHOWS

• Failure to check in without prior notice will result in full charge of the booking. No refund will be issued.

8. EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES

• Refunds outside of policy are not guaranteed but may be considered in exceptional cases at Eezy Stays’ discretion.

9. THIRD-PARTY BOOKINGS

• Where bookings are made via third-party platforms, their cancellation policies may apply.
