• These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings made with Eezy Stays. By making a reservation, you agree to these terms.

2. BOOKINGS

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Eezy Stays reserves the right to refuse any booking.

3. PAYMENTS

• Payments must be made in full or as agreed at booking. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation.

4. USE OF PROPERTY

• Properties are provided for short-term accommodation only. Commercial use, subletting, or unlawful activity is strictly prohibited.

5. OCCUPANCY

• The number of guests must not exceed the number stated in the booking.

6. CHECK-IN & ACCESS

• Check-in details will be provided prior to arrival. Guests must comply with all access instructions.

7. CANCELLATION

• Cancellation terms are outlined in the Cancellation Policy.

8. LIABILITY

• Eezy Stays shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of personal belongings

  • Injury unless caused by negligence

  • Events outside reasonable control

9. TERMINATION

• Eezy Stays reserves the right to terminate a booking without refund if:

  • House rules are breached

  • Illegal activity occurs

  • Behaviour is disruptive

10. DATA PROTECTION

• Guest data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR and the Privacy Policy.

11. FORCE MAJEURE

• Eezy Stays is not liable for disruptions caused by circumstances beyond control.

• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
