To ensure a consistent and high-quality experience for all guests, the following rules apply to all stays.

  1. GUEST LIMIT

  • Only the number of guests confirmed in the booking are permitted to stay.

  1. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS

  • Strictly no parties, gatherings, or events.

  • Any breach will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

  1. QUIET HOURS

  • Guests must respect neighbours and maintain low noise levels, particularly between 22:00 and 08:00.

  1. NO SMOKING

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all properties.

  • Additional cleaning charges will apply if this rule is breached.

  1. CARE OF PROPERTY

  • Guests must:

    • Keep the property clean and tidy

    • Use appliances responsibly

    • Report any issues promptly

  1. DAMAGE

  • Any damage must be reported immediately.

  • Guests are responsible for repair or replacement costs.

  1. SECURITY

  • Guests must ensure:

    • Doors and windows are locked when leaving

    • Keys are returned as instructed

  • Lost keys will incur replacement charges.

  1. ILLEGAL ACTIVITY

  • Any illegal activity will result in immediate termination of the stay and may be reported to authorities.

  1. PETS

  • Pets are only permitted where explicitly agreed in writing.

  1. CHECK-OUT

  • Guests must vacate the property by the agreed check-out time.

  • Late check-out without approval may incur additional charges.

  1. COMPLIANCE

  • Failure to comply with these rules may result in:

    • Immediate termination

    • Loss of deposit

    • Additional charges
