Damage and Cleaning Policy
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY
Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in a clean and reasonable condition throughout their stay.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A refundable security deposit may be required prior to check-in.
This covers:
Property damage
Missing items
Excessive cleaning
Breach of house rules
DAMAGE
Guests are liable for any damage caused during their stay, including:
Furniture or fixtures
Appliances
Walls, flooring, or fittings
Costs for repair or replacement will be deducted from the deposit or charged directly.
EXCESSIVE CLEANING
Standard cleaning is included.
Additional charges apply where:
Property is left excessively dirty
Rubbish is not disposed of appropriately
Smoking has occurred inside
Evidence of parties or events is found
UNAUTHORISED USE
Use of the property for parties, events, or unauthorised guests will result in:
Immediate termination of stay
Additional cleaning and damage charges
REPORTING DAMAGE
Any accidental damage must be reported immediately.
Failure to report may result in additional charges.
PROFESSIONAL CLEANING COSTS
Where deep cleaning or specialist services are required, these will be charged at cost.
AGREEMENT
By booking with Eezy Stays, guests accept full responsibility for any damage or additional cleaning required during their stay.
