Damage and Cleaning Policy

  1. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY

  • Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in a clean and reasonable condition throughout their stay.

  1. SECURITY DEPOSIT

  • A refundable security deposit may be required prior to check-in.

  • This covers:

    • Property damage

    • Missing items

    • Excessive cleaning

    • Breach of house rules

  1. DAMAGE

  • Guests are liable for any damage caused during their stay, including:

    • Furniture or fixtures

    • Appliances

    • Walls, flooring, or fittings

  • Costs for repair or replacement will be deducted from the deposit or charged directly.

  1. EXCESSIVE CLEANING

  • Standard cleaning is included.

  • Additional charges apply where:

    • Property is left excessively dirty

    • Rubbish is not disposed of appropriately

    • Smoking has occurred inside

    • Evidence of parties or events is found

  1. UNAUTHORISED USE

  • Use of the property for parties, events, or unauthorised guests will result in:

    • Immediate termination of stay

    • Additional cleaning and damage charges

  1. REPORTING DAMAGE

  • Any accidental damage must be reported immediately.

  • Failure to report may result in additional charges.

  1. PROFESSIONAL CLEANING COSTS

  • Where deep cleaning or specialist services are required, these will be charged at cost.

  1. AGREEMENT

  • By booking with Eezy Stays, guests accept full responsibility for any damage or additional cleaning required during their stay.
